    Our team digitizes everything in the USA, typically within 5 - 6 weeks of receiving your box. Rush processing takes 8 to 10 days.

  3. 3Relive and share

    Your originals come home as they arrived, and your digital files are ready to enjoy with family.

The kit price covers standard media formats only. Other formats, including small, medium, and large formats, may require special handling and incur additional charges. If we find any media that falls outside our standard pricing, we'll contact you with a quotation for approval before proceeding with digitization.

Pricing Questions

What can I send in a kit?

Photos, negatives, slides, tapes, film and audio. If it fits in the box, we’ll digitize it. Special formats cost extra, and anything we can’t process is returned without charge.

Can I mix media types in a Pay-Per-Piece order?

Yes. Add each media type in the order form and you’ll get an exact price and time estimate before you commit.

How long does it take?

Kits typically take 5 to 6 weeks from when we receive your box, or 8 to 10 days with rush processing. For Pay-Per-Piece, express processing posts your scans for online review within 10 business days of receiving your originals.

Will I get my originals back?

Always. Everything comes back exactly as it arrived, including photos in albums and slides in carousels.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Follow your order any time in your online account, with updates by text or email.

Can I get my videos on a hard drive?

Yes. Delivery on a portable hard drive as editable MPEG4 files is available for an extra charge.
